What we collect

When you request an estimate, consultation, call or service, we collect your name, ZIP code, the contact method you choose (email or phone), the time you prefer to be called and anything you type into the project details field. For a service request we also ask for your agreement number. If you add a photo after sending a request, we store that photo with your request.

How we use it

To reply to your request by the method you chose, to prepare a quote and to schedule and perform work at your home. We do not sell your information. We contact you by phone only if you chose phone.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, ZIP codes, window sizes or message text to analytics tools. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this usage information. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Retention and access

Requests are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to honor the warranty on your windows. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing univiewwindows@gmail.com.
